Modi College students won prizes at District Level Red Ribbon Club’s Competition

 

Assistant Director, Youth Services, Patiala Dr. Dilver Singh organised District level competition of Red Ribbon Clubs at Govt. State College of Education, Patiala on 29 Nov. 2023 for Slogan Writing, Poster Making, Singing and Poetical Recitation on the subjects HIV/AIDS, Voluntary Blood Donation, TB, Drugs, Pollution and Health.

Our eight Red Ribbon Club Volunteers Ms. Jasneet Kaur of MSc (Fashion Technology), Ms. Shubhangani (BA-II), Ms Somya Samal (BA-II), Ms Kashish (BSc-III Med), Mr. Ayush Verma (BA-II), Mr. Parth (BCom-I) Mr. Ravi (BSc-III Med), and Mr. Sanyam Mittal (BCom-III) participated in various events under the supervision of Dr. Rajeev Sharma.

Ms. Jasneet Kaur (FT) bagged 1st position in Slogan Competition, Ms. Shubhangani 2nd in Poster Making Competition, 3rd in Singing, Ms. Kashish consolation prize in poetical recitation.

Winners were awarded mementos and cash prizes. Dr. Rajeev Sharma, Nodal Officer (Red Ribbon Club) also attended the event as member coordination committee.

Worthy Principal Dr. Khushvinder Kumar congratulated the winners for their achievements.
